History of McDonald’s

McDonald’s is a fast food restaurant that changed the world with its abundance of cash registers, serving and designing burgers in a few seconds. This company spent a huge amount of money on an advertising campaign. In 1984 alone, McDonald’s spent $ 29,000 every hour. If the amount of expenses was so great already at that time, then how much did they earn them already then?

Ray Crock opened the first restaurant in Illinois.

Then his business was expanded to the whole country. In every town, McDonald’s had considerable success, because it overlapped the activities of many cafes that were successful. Ray Krocom developed a Burger that could be eaten, and for those who wanted to eat something serious, a cheeseburger was offered. And all this pleasure for moderate money. But the main difference is the speed and quality.
Ray Kroc was making money at huge interest rates, and he did it to make his company grow rapidly. And that’s what made him the first, along with the fact that his debts were coming back very quickly.

Fast food preparation at McDonald’s is not its main plus, and attention was also paid to how customers are served.

Like any leader, McDonald’s was constantly attacked by competitors. One of the significant companies trying to stop them is Burger King. It was Burger King that used the strategy associated with finding weaknesses in a competitor. If McDonald’s built all the work on the principle of a conveyor belt, then Burger King created a system where each customer could choose what kind of hamburger he wants to eat (that is, the Burger filling).

After the blow that was dealt to Burger King, McDonald’s took steps to expand its production. As a result, there were burgers that added fish, chicken, barbecue, but only after some McNuggets wings appeared in a separate form, the company realized that their move was successful, and sales began to increase accordingly.

In the 70s, when the company was constantly looking for ways to succeed, the management had to use always new strategies. But when McDonald’s decided to oust the chain of small cafes-this blow fell right into the heart of the fast food industry. Soon, the famous restaurant had everything from a hamburger to yogurt.

This strategy is used by McDonald’s to this day. Constantly expanding products, thereby increasing the number of fans of fast food.
